We are Wildline
Wildline was born out of the core belief that positive experiences in the outdoors are one of the most powerful mechanisms for developing a lasting environmental ethic. Wendell Berry says:
"We have the world to live in on the condition that we will take good care of it. And to take good care of it we have to know it. And to know it and to be willing to take care of it, we have to love it."
Positive, formative, energizing, and fun experiences in the outdoors inspire a love for the world; that love cultivates a desire to care. We’ve seen this firsthand in our experience as wilderness guides. We’ve also experienced it deeply in our own lives.
With this in mind, the most basic goal of Wildline is to inspire people to have positive, intimate experiences in the outdoors. This is done primarily through sharing stories of the many ways people engage with the natural world. These stories may explore the intersection of conservation, outdoor adventure, small businesses, and sustainable communities.
The name Wildline Media Productions comes from the idea that there is no one way to engage with the outdoors. There are many different lines you can take to get to the place where a love for wild spaces lives. We sought the help of the very talented Kendall Dice to develop the visual concept of Wildline to ensure it matches our overall mission.




We have a vast collection of dreams of what Wildline could become (wildline weekenders, film festivals, and other community events are all a part of it), but at the core of it, we want Wildline to become a community of people united and motivated by their love of wild places.
Together, we are wildline.
